Digital Products Only

OVIO Studios sells digital products exclusively. We do not sell or ship physical items.

As a result, no shipping fees, customs duties, or delivery charges apply to any purchase made through our website.

Delivery

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your digital purchase will be made available for download.

You will receive access to your purchased files immediately after checkout through the download page and/or the email address provided during purchase.

If you do not receive your download within a reasonable time, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Providing a valid email address during checkout.
Downloading and safely storing their purchased files.
Ensuring their device supports the file formats provided.

OVIO Studios is not responsible for downloads lost due to accidental deletion, device failure, or changes to the customer's email address after purchase.

All purchased digital products are licensed for personal use only. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or any intellectual property rights.
