Refund policy

At OVIO Studios, we create and deliver digital products that are available for download immediately after purchase. Because our products are digital and cannot be returned once accessed, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods.

Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before the digital product has been fulfilled and made available for download.

Once your order has been fulfilled and download access has been provided, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you experience any of the following:

You receive the wrong product
Your download link does not work
The files are corrupted or incomplete
You experience technical issues preventing access to your purchase

Please contact us at hello@oviostudios.com within 7 days of your purchase. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement download, technical assistance, or a refund.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued only in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

Duplicate purchases
Being charged multiple times for the same order
Permanent technical issues that prevent delivery of the purchased product and cannot be resolved
Receiving an incorrect product that cannot be replaced

Refund requests are reviewed individually.

Refunds will not be issued because you:

Changed your mind after purchase
Purchased the wrong product
Expected a different artistic style or design
No longer need the product
Did not read the product description before purchasing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.

European Union Consumers

If you are located in the European Union, you acknowledge and expressly consent that your purchased digital content is supplied immediately after purchase.

By completing your purchase and accessing or downloading the digital product, you expressly agree that the digital content is delivered immediately and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive once the download or access begins.

This does not affect your statutory rights in cases where the product is defective or not supplied as described.
